Fishbowl Takes Santa Barbara County from Chaos to Control

Get ready for a fun ride. I had planned on discussing the case study on Santa Barbara County’s IT Network Division in a logical, easygoing manner, but I’m not in the mood to do that anymore. You can simply read the case study if you want that. Instead, I’m going to do something more fun.
