Fishbowl Hardware: Pocket Scanners

Fishbowl software works well with barcodes, and the logical extension of that is that you also need to have physical barcode scanners in order to scan the actual barcodes. These pocket scanners may be small, but they pack a wallop in what they can do. You can carry them around in your pocket or your hand as you walk through the warehouse, and they can handle plenty of rugged use.

DS2208

You can use this scanner to scan both 1D barcodes and 2D barcodes.

DS2278

Like the DS2208, this scanner allows you to scan 1D barcodes and 2D barcodes.

CS3070

This small Zebra scanner includes a charging cord, and it can be used to scan 1D barcodes.

CS4070

This little scanner does what many tablets and smartphones can’t – scan barcodes that are not in pristine condition.
