Have You Noticed the Fishbowl Website’s New Navigation?

November 14, 2016
If you’ve visited the Fishbowl website in recent weeks, you’ve probably noticed that something is different about it. The top navigation has been updated to a sleeker design. Also, the categories have changed a bit. Here are the old navigation categories:
  • Let's point out a few changes to the Fishbowl website's top navigation, Fishbowl BlogLearn More
  • QuickBooks
  • Solutions
  • Integrations
  • Products
  • Support
  • Community
The new header includes the following categories in this order:
  • Learn More
  • Products
  • QuickBooks
  • Integrations
  • Case Studies
  • Community
  • Support
There are still seven of them, but a few of them have changed and they’re in a new order. Learn More is still first and Integrations is still fourth, but Products moved QuickBooks down a spot, Solutions was replaced with Case Studies, and Support and Community switched places. Instead of a simple dropdown menu appearing under each tab when you mouse over it, now a large panel appears, which contains many more options than used to be possible. For example, the extra space under Integrations doesn’t just list a few of the big-name solutions Fishbowl integrates with, but now showcases nine whole categories of integrations and 27 individual solutions. The Products tab is similarly able to include more solutions that Fishbowl offers, as well as additional details on them. Under Case Studies, you’ll find several case studies under the three main categories of Manufacturing, Wholesale Distribution, and Asset Tracking. The Community tab has probably seen the biggest transformation. Take a look at it and you’ll find all kinds of inventory management articles, Fishbowl partners, local consultants, and more. The Fishbowl website is a constant work in progress, and we keep updating it with new content, pages, and designs to make it more user friendly.
