Did You Know Fishbowl Integrates with Online and Desktop Versions of QuickBooks

Here are all of the QuickBooks versions and solutions that Fishbowl currently integrates with:

• QuickBooks Pro, Premier, and Enterprise 2009-2015
• QuickBooks Multi-Currency
• QuickBooks Canada 2011-2014
• QuickBooks Australia/Reckon Accounts

The QuickBooks Canada and QuickBooks Australia versions on this list open up a whole other can of worms with their international implications. We’ll save that discussion for another day and simply say that Fishbowl works with all of the latest desktop and online versions of QuickBooks.

What These Integrations Do

Fishbowl’s QuickBooks integrations allow users to instantly send inventory data to QuickBooks for processing whenever they:

• Receive inventory in a warehouse
• Make inventory or manufacturing adjustments
• Accept payments from customers

Because Fishbowl integrates with QuickBooks’ multicurrency feature, it can send orders and other data in any currency, and it will be recorded accurately in the accounting solution.

Not on the List

Fishbowl does not integrate with the following QuickBooks versions/solutions:

• QuickBooks Pro, Premier, and Enterprise 2008 or older
• QuickBooks Canada 2010 or older
• QuickBooks Point of Sale
• QuickBooks Mac, Basic

The older a version of QuickBooks gets, the less likely it is to be supported by Intuit. Plus, Fishbowl’s software and features continue to adapt to integrate with the latest version of QuickBooks, so they may not work perfectly with outdated QuickBooks versions.
