Do you feel like business success is just one big crapshoot? You can nudge the odds in your favor by filling your warehouse slots not with quarters but with smart inventory choices. Warehouse slots are locations in a warehouse where you store products, parts, and other materials. It’s a good idea to put similar products together, popular products close to the receiving area, and make use of shelving units make sure you’re using the available vertical space, not just floor space.
