Fishbowl Dedicates a Day to Service

September 2, 2010
On Friday, September 17, 2010, you won’t find any Fishbowl Inventory employees at their desks, like you normally would. We’ll all be outdoors enjoying the sun and doing a constructive activity. House of Hope logo, Fishbowl Inventory BlogThis might sound familiar, but this time, instead of just having fun like we did at the water park, we’ll also be providing valuable community service. Fishbowl employees and their families will spend a good portion of the day at the House of Hope in Provo, Utah. The grounds need some work, so we’re going to pull weeds, plant trees, lay gravel and do other landscaping tasks. The House of Hope is dedicated to helping people who suffer from substance abuse. One of the steps on the path to recovery from addiction is service, so this is a good example to set for people seeking help. At Fishbowl, we’re not just about providing the #1-requested QuickBooks accounting and inventory software for small and mid-size businesses; we’re also dedicated to helping make our local community a better place. The House of Hope logo is the copyright of that organization.
