The 5th Non-Negotiable: Commitment

Commitment is the 5th Non-Negotiable found in the book, The 7 Non-Negotiables of Winning.

Kevin Batchelor, Fishbowl’s vice president of product development, has been with Fishbowl for eight years, so he knows quite a bit about commitment.

In this video, he explains how commitment helps with team building. Getting a large group of people to work well together is a huge challenge. Kevin has discovered that the best way to accomplish this goal is to have people spend time together eating, playing, and doing other things that create friendships.

It’s much easier to work with people and commit to them when they are your friends.

I shared a video on the 4th Non-Negotiable, Loyalty, last week. Next week we’ll keep going with the 6th Non-Negotiable: Courage.
