Respect is the 1st Non-Negotiable in Fishbowl CEO David K. Williams’ book, The 7 Non-Negotiables of Winning: Tying Soft Traits to Hard Results.

Mary Michelle Scott became the president of Fishbowl in 2011 when she worked to save the company with Williams.

He showed great respect to her by inviting her to become his business partner and listening to her advice. She has rewarded his leap of faith by showing equal respect to everyone in the company and helping Fishbowl navigate dangerous waters.
