Fishbowl is a growing business. We received five awards for our growth in 2010. We’re attracting top talent so we can keep offering the best inventory management software and giving our customers the service they expect.
One of those top talents is Mary Scott, a businesswoman with more than two decades of experience with growing companies. She is the new president of Fishbowl, and we’re lucky to have her on our side. The Fishbowl Day of Service helped us get her attention. She seeks out companies that give back to the community, and she was impressed by our willingness to dedicate so much time to helping people.
Mary is certainly staying busy. Right now she also serves on Utah Valley University’s Executive Foundation Board of Directors, and she is the chairwoman of that group’s Ambassador team. Pretty impressive.
She recently came from Certiport, a company she helped get off the ground 10 years ago. Now it’s a leader in the field of helping people become certified in over 9 million programs from big-name software providers like Microsoft and Adobe. She practices what she preaches. She’s fully certified as a Senior Professional Human Resource expert and a professional instructor of Microsoft, Adobe and Basic Digital Literacy IC3.
Mary has held many leadership positions, including vice president of Grant Administration, eTraining and Corporate Social Responsibility at Certiport, director of business development and HR at Center7, and project manager at Sembach Air Base back when it was in West Germany.
Mary has boundless enthusiasm, and it easily rubs off on everyone she talks to. With her help, Fishbowl is making many exciting changes to offer even better customer service, improve our software, and enjoy stronger growth in 2011.
Fishbowl will definitely maintain its position as the #1 QuickBooks inventory software with Mary as its president. And it’ll soar to new heights.
